McGill Trail Fabrication (MTF), headquartered in the heart of Colorado, is proud to present its collaboration on the Frisco PeninsulaTrails, a testament to our commitment to crafting premier mountain biking experiences. The three MTF standout trail designs within this project include:
Aftermath Trail: In partnership with the Town of Frisco and the USFS, MTF helped spearhead the creation of the Aftermath Trail, an advanced black diamond jump trail. Spanning half a mile, this downhill trail offers riders big berms, jumps, drops, and heart-pumping features. Situated from the apex of the peninsula to the scenic beaches of Lake Dillon, Aftermath is a culmination of design innovation and adventure.
Frisco Perimeter Lakeshore Trail: MTF's expertise extends to the development of the Frisco Perimeter Lakeshore Trail, a green multi-use cross-country trail stretching six miles around the peninsula's perimeter. As it winds along the shores of Lake Dillon, this trail offers a tranquil escape into nature, providing hikers and bikers with stunning views and serene surroundings of Summit County's natural beauty.
Queen of the West Trail: Another green multi-use cross-country trail, Queen of the West, is a testament to MTF's commitment to creating inclusive outdoor experiences. With meticulous construction and thoughtful design, this trail offers a blend of adventure and relaxation, inviting outdoor enthusiasts of all skill levels to explore Frisco's scenic mountain landscape.
We, at MTF, extend our gratitude to the Town of Frisco, the USFS, and those involved in bringing these projects to fruition. Together,we've created trails that embody the spirit of adventure in Colorado, right here in our own backyard.
