Before any trail work commences, we consider all that your environment brings to the project, both its raw beauty and potential nuances. We embrace a philosophy of working with, not against, Mother Nature. This means that, depending on the unique landscape, soil, and rock characteristics of your property, the land itself becomes a collaborative partner in dictating the features of each trail.
We also try and keep a keen eye on the sustainability of our trails, considering factors like water runoff and the effect it can have on eroding the trails' integrity over time. With proper drainage and attention to detail, MTF strives to create long-term trail systems.
